I've made a blog, but I don't know how to "publicize" it. The only button I saw after making my blog was "save settings" and no "submit blog" or anything.

How??

When you post things to your blog, they are automatically published. To make a new entry on your blog, click on the "Blogging" item on the GuildCafe toolbar, and then choose "Create New Entry."

If you want to post a link to your blog from another website or forum, use:

www.guildcafe.com/blog/Cleric

( anything of the format /blog/Username is the "permalink" to your blog for outside viewers. )

Another way to publicize your blog further is to use the RSS feeds feature, and submit the RSS feed to the various syndication services (like FeedBurner).

We're working on a FAQ right now, and we'll attempt to address some of this in there as well.

Also, if people vote-up your blog, it will get included in GuildCafe's site-wide "What's New" RSS feed, and will also show up on the What's New tab on everyone's personal page.

PS: This forum is actually the forum about "questionnaires," not general questions (there's a support forum for that), but I can see why it might be misleading! I guess we need to make things more clear.
