MOHAA
What about Medal of Honor... I know a lot of guys that still play this... it is a timeless classic?

I know I keep telling Sert that I am down for Q3A... but MOHAA would be fun as well

I played it for 4 years, one my my favorite FPSs ever. Doesn't get much better than V2 Objective mode.

In my opinion no, not a timeless classic. An OK game perhaps, but it certainly does not have lastinc appeal for me, especially when stacked against the CoD series.

I enjoyed MOHAA, but didn't like the online community. Too many whiners griping about weapons that came with the game such as the shotgun. Overall though it was fun if you could find a good server without the whiners.

yeah... I played on a LAN after a while... I can deal with my friends whining... cuz I can just lean over and smack one

It's funny to think about all of the WWII titles that spawned out by the masses in that era.

Return to Castle Wolfenstein - Awesome game online. I arguably logged in more hours online in that game than BF1942.

MOHAA - Another good one.

BF1942 - After a series of patches, I played this one the most.

Call of Duty - Quasi-MOHAA clone, still a great game though.

...I'm sure I'm forgetting other WWII titles, but those 4 immediately come to mind.

Personally I played the bought game after playing demo for approx. 3 months. Then, I went back to the demo after 1 month of MOHAA cause the community was horrible compared to the multiplayer demo. Those were some good times

I still play MOHAA to this day. Yes there are games with better graphics like more recent MOHAA but they arent as good to me MOHAA is simple and fun. I also play Spearhead to me the expansions after spearhead ruin the game and arent that much better like burning crusade (i think its called).

I am one of the founders of a Spearhead tactical clan, if you have problems with the multiplayer community try a tactical server. We concentrate on skilled game play as opposed to spray-n-pray or run-n-gun styles.

Spearhead still has a strong community even after all the other clone/spawns like COD. CoD was a good game but I beat the first one in a weekend, it took months to finish MOH, it was simply more challenging.

Come visit the First Special Service Force, we will open your eyes and make you love the game again.

MoHAA was the greatest. It was one of my first FPSs. Its the one that really hooked me into online gaming. I also liked Obj on the map "The Hunt" and "V2". Classics. They ported both of em into CoD and CoD2.
