Looks like your having the same issue as me. Maybe we can raise the priority on it! Check out this thread, to see whats up so far.

@Oreomonsta & @TamaraLane, sorry to hear you guys are experiencing this issue. I just had the chance to discuss with Teemo the status of the problem. We have not forgotten it at all and are still exploring possible solutions. Once a solution has been found, one of us from the staff will make sure to let you know.

Thanks for your patience in this matter guys! I know its extremely frustrating.

Send a message via AIM to LordXenophon
Upload your new logo to your personal gallery, but associate it with your guild.

Go back to guild management and try again to change your logo. Your new logo should show up as an option.

k think i've finally found a solution =D u need2 go2 manage then theme and in advanced options 1st one u choose the image that will be visible as logo on site
