One other question too, I was billed right, or did that payment not make it through? The reason I ask is because on my guild page it says that it's basic and shows where I can upgrade to premium and I thought I had done that.

Yep, for 3 months of platinum (hence the priority support )

Ahh, well I logged out and tried to log back in under Aaces101 and it wouldnt let me. Only let me log back in as Aaces111. Is there no way to wipe it clean and let me start all over?

No good...it says that name not available. Good grief!!! Just leave it as is. I would like to know though why on my clan page it says that I'm basic and that I can upgrade to premium to unlock all the stuff. This is really frustrating me, I must say

Actually when I click on Forum in my guild at the top it says "This is a basic guild. Upgrade to premium here to unlock more features"
Is there by chance a number I can call so we may expedite this matter?
