SOPA
Hey, I only heard of SOPA through my subscription to the G4 channel... Although a few huge sites are hosting blackouts for the cause I have to ask, what exactly is SOPA?

The only thing I know is what it stands for, and that is the "Stop Online Piracy Act" if I did my research correctly... Unfortunately they aren't making a huge deal about it in Canada so I'm unsure why Reddit, gDNA, and a few other sites are doing blackouts... Or even what a blackout means exactly...

When it comes to this site, does a blackout mean we can't log in or use the site on January 18th? If so - how does this help? Does a blackout help simulate an extreme end of SOPA that nobody hope ever happens?
