Question about Platinum Hosting
I'm currently paying for platinum hosting for clan @ insanecorp.gamerdna.com and when you first type the URL and enter the site, it pops up saying that the site is still only under the basic plan. I know I'm paying for the platinum because I entered payment information upon creating the site and it even says on my clan administration panel that the clan is using platinum hosting.

Why is it popping up and saying this? Also, considering I'm also paying for a platinum, am I supposed to get my own custom domain or does the ".gamerdna.com" part of the address still have to be included even under a platinum plan?
