World of Warcraft Goes Free to Play
Blizzard announced today that its highly popular mmorpg, World of Warcraft will be free to play up to the first 20 levels. This is very similar to the game's free trial period but instead of 7 days with a level cap of 20 its unlimited. Once a player hits that level 20 cap, in order to progress the player will have to buy all the expansions in addition to the original game. Blizzard hopes to rope in more casual gamers with busy schedules this way.
