US Supreme Court Rules Against Violent Game Restrictions

Earlier this morning the US Supreme Court ruled against the proposed bill that if passed would have banned the selling of violent games to children in the state California. The proposed bill could fine retailers up to $1,000 for each violation.
Back in 2005 when the bill was proposed it was deemed unconstitutional and did not pass, however in April 2010 it was recommend that the bill be reevaluated. This morning on June 27 2011 the bill failed once again and the Court declared that content-based restrictions on games are unconstitutional.
