Need some help for awarding members medals

I was wondering if you can add medals to members profiles for completing certain tasks and how to do it. Is there a way the site can do this automatic or would i need to do this manually.

The site im working on is: ksgaminghq.gamerdna.com
check out the RANK section, I want to be able to award these.
