Personally I would, just because I know that development teams earn more money that way. The more they make the easier time they have making more games in these times where the economy is less than stable. And in most cases, it ends up costing the consumer less.
I won't deny that it's nice to have something to hold and look at on the shelf, but it's not as important to me as seeing the artists and developers out there continue to do great work. If it means that kind of difference, and I don't think it's too much of a stretch to say that it probably will make the difference for a lot of teams out there next generation, then I'm all for a fully digital console.
