They really do, especially on the welcome threads, but that's probably a good thing. People can make an initial flight or fight reaction so we either end up scaring someone away or dragging someone straight into the centre of the community, allbeit kicking and screaming, but isn't that what community is all about? Kicking and screaming. If kids spent a little less time stabbing and cursing, and a little more time kicking and screaming, would we really be in the mess we are in now?
