Ghostbusters: The Video Game

I picked it up used for PS3, and right now I've promised myself to finish it before diving into Arkham Asylum. Even if it is short, like others said the scripting and plot of this is pretty much gold until the next movie comes out. If you're not real big into Ghostbusters, it's a rental. If you're a fan like I am/was (I was the kid wearing the proton packs, had all the toys, watched the movie non-stop and could recognize the taste of the "ectoplasm" they sold over the TMNT Mutagen....yeah I was that kid) then this game is beautiful. I have yet to try the multiplayer, but I'm happy to own it just for the nostalgia of my childhood.
