Ogame
Ogame is a is a strategy-game set in space. All you need to play it is a web browser, so that means nothing needs to be downloaded! Its not a turn based game like most web browser games are. If youve got some free time and spend alot of ur time on the computer, then this is a game for you!

No, the Dark Matter is just an addition 2 the game. One of thos deals where if u pay money ur account is alil bit better than everyone else. In the game u can send ships on a Expedition mission where theres a possibility of finding DM. I dnt find it worth the trouble.
No, u dnt have 2 pay money 2 enjoy this game.

It took me about 3 days to start building ships, but then I discovered that I could have gotten the resources to do it right away by joining the right alliance.

It really depends on how long ur on the game and how much money you have 2 upgrade buildings. Building Robotics Factorys and upgrading them, makes the building time go down. Ill look for an OGame tut on the boards and post it.

Building time has not been an issue yet and doesn't look like it will become an issue for weeks. I spend about 8 times as long waiting for the resources as I spend waiting for something to be built, and that's even with level 12 mines trying to build a level 2 shipyard. Maybe things are a bitt different later in the game, when you no longer rely totally on your mines for your income.

I remember when I had to get everything from mines. I'd wait all day for enough resources to upgrade my mines, so that I could wait all day for the resources to upgrade them again. These days, I get most of my income by sending my fleet of hundreds of recyclers to every debris field I see. They bring back so much, I wouldn't be able to spend it all without high level Robotics Factory and Nanites. You'll want them when you start sending orders for 50 of one ship all at once, plus when you get to my levels, it would take days to build a building upgrade without the Robotics Factory.
