Question for a friend
My friend can't log in, because she forgot her password. So she tried using the password recovery thing to request the information. But when she puts her e-mail address in, it says she doesn't exist. D:? Anyone know why it would say that? Or should she just make a new account :x

Does she still show up in your friends' list? If not, she may need to start a new account (good thing they're free). She could also try putting in a support ticket. If she can't, you could probably do it for her.
