That's odd, he always seemed to be portrayed more as rubber or elastic, not really properties I ever associated with water. I can see where the others abilities sort of fit with the four elements, but even Sue remained a solid, she didn't become a vapor like air. Johnny & Ben where without a doubt elementals though.
