Steam Tracks on Twitter Just Fine But Not XFire
Sadly Steam and Games for Windows Live updates on Twitter correctly but Xfire does not. I know from other friends that it is updating for them but not for me. Anything I can change the setting of to get the ball rolling?

It looks like you set up everything correctly.
Your BG&E (nice game) activity was reported by both Steam and Xfire, yet it doesn't show up on Twitter.
Even if Steam activities didn't tweet, it's also an Xfire activity.
I don't see any reason for gDNA to discriminate against Steam though; as far as I know gDNA tweets for you for any new activity, whether it was entered manually, or automated, no matter the service.

This is just a guess, but perhaps it has something to do with this issue.
gDNA was behind a bit on creating activities, and I can understand if it didn't tweet a bunch of, by then, old activities now that the cause is fixed.
Maybe someone official knows if any of the Steam games you played suffered from the issue.
