Error when accessing guild forums.

Fatal error: Class 'vB_BbCodeParser' not found in /www/GuildForum.php on line 209

This is the error I get when I try and access our guild's forums. Events, calendar, videos, all the other links show up except forums. This is happening with other guildies as well. We have important posts in progress and cannot access vital information at the moment. Is there something set up wrong? Is this something that happens on this site? If the latter, then this site isn't useful if it's not reliable.
