Like ChangeAgent says, it doesn't seem to have anything to do with Xfire.
Your Steam account is also hidden on your gDNA profile.

I found the UT3 activity.
Did you play another Steam game 22 March 2009?
Do you remember which game it was?
If I were to guess, it's most likely that that other game was mistaken for UT3 for some reason.

Maybe one of the shortcuts I have saved in the Steam list..? Only actual Steam game I can think of within the past month or so is AudioSurf, and that one seems to be tracking correctly.

Right offhand, around that date, I'm thinking it might have been either Doomsday Engine or Diablo with the Hellfire expansion and a 3rd party patch to fix some bugs and add a shared stash.
