One thing I would love to see is some fleshed-out histories of the various Citadel races, particularly the Quarians and the Krogan. I think it would be great if they would have a side-mission that would involve liberating the Quarian homeworld from the Geth and giving the Migrant Fleet their home back. Although that would involve extensive travel beyond the Perseus Veil...

Hmm... that actually sounds like it could be a lot of fun. Of course, we probably wouldn't be able to visit all the worlds we're already familiar with, but imagine... "The Quarian Liberation" (or something like that). The Council is reluctant (as they probably would be) to go to war, however, with the events that occur between ME and ME2, they have little choice. Then, in the aftermath, humanity gets a seat in the council. o_o

Just speculation though (hopefully I'm not going to get too hyped ) .

ME did set the bar fairly high for the sequel, didn't it? I'm hoping they deliver, but ultimately I'm happy as long as the game is semi-good. I'm easy to please as long as there is a story.

As far as war goes, by the end of ME, *spoiler alert*

Saren kind of forces their hand. Plus humans do get their spot on the Council (both Paragon and Renegade endings).
