My favorite RPG weapon is the Light Sword from Zelda TP. It may only work in the Twilight Realm, but it makes those annoying Shadow Beasts a cinch to kill.

Runner up: the Material Blade from Tales of Symphonia. I know that there are more powerful weapons in that game, but the idea of wielding a blade of fire without melting your blade of ice just seems to tickle my fancy.
