Reason: Totally had a brain fart and forgot about Vampire.

Chrono trigger is def my number 1 favorite RPG of all time. I've had to have played it all the way through at least 10 times.
On the PC though I love the Baldur's Gate games. Icewind dale series was also pretty good. |

Easily Chrono Trigger, but I like a lot of newer RPG's as well: Mass Effect, Fallout 3, etc.

My favorite FF is FFVII
and I always get hated on because of it. Squall > Cloud IMO |

I have played many RPGs since NES was release. To this day, none are better than Golden Sun for the GBA.
Second would be Chrono Trigger for the SNES/PSX |

My first RPG experience was the old NES Dragon Warrior. It's archaic by today's standards I know (kind of like comparing atari's pong to rockstar's table tennis there days).
But the ability to sort of grow as the story went was just fantastic IMO. I still remember it fondly. |

My favorite RPG most definitely has to be Final Fantasy X. Yeah, yeah, criticize all you want.
But to me, the storyline is perfect, the music is beautiful, the graphics are ridiculous and Tidus is hot. Yep.
