Just a question not issue.

How often do the Badges update? and how/where do they get their information?

It depends on the badge.
I see you have three here.
The first gamerDNA one obviously pulls the data from this very site.
I suggest you do the quizzes, since they are fun to do, and you'll earn some more gDNA badges.

The two Warhammer ones scrape the information from the official site.

You don't have any WoW characters, but they work in the same way, scraping from the Armory.

I think every badge updates daily.
That is, the ones you can customize (colour) you can update manually by customizing them again, but that only updates that aspect, not the data gathered from the official sites.

Edit: Apparently the general gDNA badges are updated hourly.
