Background color on create thread box and headline color

First off thanks for all the hard work that you all put into this.

I was wondering if there was a way I could change the color for the background boxes of "create thread" "reply" "quoted" reply" "edit thread" "lock thread" "delete thread" and "un-announce thread" buttons.

The current color of light grey makes it difficult to see anything really unless you use black or dark color text which I'm not really inclined to do because our group prefers dark background and light text (we live in caves with no light!)

Also, for the headline text, I was able to change the font (although it took a couple of tries), but was unable to change the color (other than orange or green) or the gradient effect on it to something else.

So in short:
1. change background box color
2. change headline text color and/or gradient effect
