Quiz Master Challenge
The Quiz Master challenge is currently not accounting for the fact new quizzes have been added recently. I was awarded the challenge in spite of the fact I have not completed the RTS or Music quiz

Actually you only need to complete 3 quizzes to get that achievement. Since you have done that, you have the achievement.

The description currently says "Complete all available gamerDNA quizzes in order to earn this badge.", so maybe that should be changed a bit.

Open the profile of somebody who has it: ChangeAgent.
In the bar on the left, in the Achievements/Challenges Completed section, hold your mouse cursor over "Quiz Master", and you get a tooltip.

(I understood the page you just linked to is obsolete, so I don't really go there any more.)
