Well I wanted to say Garry's Mod, but that didn't come out 2008. I think I'm leaning towards Wii Music or SSBB.

Probably Fallout 3, that game is great. Or maybe Mario Galaxy, did that come out this year?

My game of the year has GOT to be Fallout 3. I have spent more time playing Fallout 3 over the past two months than I have on any other game in a long time. And with new DLC coming out over the next couple of months, I can see myself spending a lot more time with it.

Runner up would have to be Burnout Paradise. Criterion's post-launch support of this title has been beyond compare, with more to come in the near future.

Game of the year
2008 what a great year For the gaming industry
Best of 2008
-Dead Space
-FarCry 2
-Gears of war 2
-Fallout 3
-Fable 2
-Grand Theft Auto 4
You can't really have a best game of the year. These games have all good attributes. I would say Fable 2 It's the Game that gave me the most wow this year, the only thing bad about this game is it's long loading time between area's but w/e it's still a great game

Hmmm... I would have to say that my game of 2008 would have to be: Fallout 3. Ranking in a very close second and third are GTA IV and Gears 2 respectively.

Mine would have to be Saints Row 2. I can't believe how much I feel in love with that game. IMO, it was 100x better than the original.
