gamerDNA Communication Tools (How to talk to us!)

At gamerDNA we strive to have a variety of methods that we can use to communicate with our community. The purpose of this post is to lay them all out for you so that you know which one is best for what.


gamerDNA Blog
-We use the blog to post patch release notes, announce contests/events, publish articles about interesting things we have observed from our game network data. Expect updates on the blog in the future for any downtime announcements/information. Make sure you bookmark the blog and check it every Tuesday for patch release notes as well as blog posts.

gamerDNA Forums
-gamerDNA uses the forums to keep in touch with our community, handle support requests, take suggestions, and plain old have a good time. Make sure you check out the new GamerDNA News and Announcements forum for any official gamerDNA information.

gamerDNA Support Tool
-Please use this any time you are having any sort of problems with the website, things not working, need something fixed, etc. We strive to get back to you within 48 hours, most of the time much sooner than that.


gamerDNA Twitter
-gamerDNA uses Twitter as a communication tool that we can use quickly update our community on any kind of company related information. You will see our Twitter account often post links to new content on our blog, contests, announcements, etc but it is also a great tool for us to update you on any downtime or problems that the site is having. gamerDNA Chat Room
-The gamerDNA Chat Room is a great way to hang out with your fellow community members throughout the day in a live chat environment.
