Age of Booty
If you are looking for a very light RTS and you have a 360 I would highly encourage you to check out Age of Booty. The demo version allows you to play online matches for 48 hours so at least try it.

I am really enjoying the game, especially the 8 player matches. The game is real time but uses hex based movement which is fairly interesting. Resource management is kept to a minimum and the game plays very fast.
