What was the first Driving game you played?

SNES Mario Kart, I think. Later I played Need for Speed on my (much older) brother-in-law's PS1.

My first racing game was Out Run. I used to play it on this old pc that we had (back in '95 or around that time). That thing was full of games.

The first driving game i played would be Viper Racing an old game but fairly solid in terms of racing.

I wrote several top down driving games for various computer's I owned, but first real racing game played by me was Pole Position in the arcade, it was really cool because you had a real steering wheel and pedals.
