You can actually shoot through walls without the Deep Impact perk--it's just like only something like 1/3 of your bullets actually make it through the wall, whereas with Deep Impact it's all of them.

It pisses me off, when your in a location no one else is in, and that random bullet comes through a wall your running by and "Bam" dead...

LOL the only time i really really mind getting shot through a wall is on shipment when they shoot through tins when you spawn

I usually stick to skill, using no perks or perks that are not banned in leagues tend to help me improve my game. That way you don't rely on anything that you don't really need, and in the end you're the one who wins. People who rely on juggernaut (And other perks/weapons) usually don't become good enough to compete with people who don't.

I thought most leagues allowed most perks anyways...?

I know Grenade Launchers and Martyrdom is generally disallowed, and sometimes other things too.

Besides, how do you turn off perks? When you make a new class there are already random perks there--you just choose to change them.
