Welcome to GamerDNA Jimbob! Just use the pull-down arrow next to your user name at the top and "add an image" is one of the options. That pull down arrow gives you options that open your dna panel which is where you can view your friends, your games, and your images. Once you upload an image you can click on it to see it in the image viewer and that will give you a few different formats of urls to link to that image.

While you are making a post on your guild forum and announcements just click the little "insert image" icon at the top of the text box and paste the url for the image in there. It will show you a preview of the image in your post or announcement as you are writing it.

That's if you want it to go into the announcement or post... but if you want to use that image as part of the graphics on your group page.. such as changing the header or the background image, then just go into "manage" on your group, and then choose "themes", and then "advanced options" on a certain theme. From there you can see what options you have to replace some of those images. Some themes have more customizing options than others... but every time a theme has an editable image, all of the images you upload to your DNA panel will automatically appear as choices for replacing that image.
