Ok I am a leader of a guild in the game Guild Wars and i was wondering if any1 had any tips for attracting good solid members?? pla help me

Do a lot of GVG, and sit in the known PvP areas looking for people. Talk to them a bit, and if they sound like a good player, invite them. Also don't do random inviting. I find that gets a lot of people that aren't really dedicated, or they are complete morons. Ehh, it happens though? Anyways good luck with the recruiting.
