To answer the question:
Guild Wars then WoW - haven't played any of the others.

Now, a question of my own: What do those 5 MMOs in your list have to do with Multiplayer Strategy and RTS games?

Guild Wars is my fav from that list. Runescape was just to much work, confusion, and bad graphics. WoW was similar, I can understand the appeal for both of those games they just aren't for me. Pirates of the Caribbean...I am just speechless. Eve I've heard is really good, but I haven't played it yet. I mainly play GW and EQ2 however I have played a lot of MMO games.

And agreeing with Matte, is this kind of the wrong section for this?

Um, none of the above.

My favourite RTS/MS style game ahs to be Rome:Total War closly followed by Medieval 2:Total War and Settlers IV.
