Getting solid members can be hit or miss sometimes. What I suggest is patience and realize you will go through some people so dont take it personel when people leave. In my opinion it is worth going through 10 members just to find that one good person.

I agree with Bostue. One solid member is worth more than 10 unloyal members. You will also see that the solid members you can just about trust them with anything. Elilane you put it well, you need to remember them even though your trying to go after other people to recruit. Remember they are still there.
