Age Limits for Membership: Does your guild have them and why?
I have always preferred to have people over the age of 21. However I usually settle for 18. Time and again I have been convinced to admit a 17year old and with only two exceptions (Puppy and Infant), I have always ended up being sorry.

Does your guild have age limits? What are they and why?

I know many guilds do not permit teens, any guilds out there that do not permit adults?

I think it is pretty easy to feel out if a person is going to fit into your guild. Well at least when you have smaller guilds like Section One in SWG. I think it all comes down to how you do your application process. You just need to be more strenuous on the younger people to make sure they are going to fit in. After about two weeks of playing with a person you get a feel for there maturity level. IE Do they lose it when getting ganked? Do they find it necessary to pwnzor there faces and rub it in after defeat? If a person doesn’t have the dedication to stick around for awhile un-guilded then perhaps they aren’t worthy of being in the guild. These are always tell–tale signs that a person isn't to the maturity level of the other players in the guild.

It all comes down to what type of atmosphere you want to have in the guild.

We used to inforce it in WoW, but we kind of turned away from it, unless they are really underaged like 15.
