Profile page problems
Can't access my profile page, it keeps loading a small amunt, then blows out. But the rest of my profile (Home page and account details) works fine. Have I broken a rule and need to delete something? Or is there a bug on my page?

I see that you are not the only one that cannot see your page. I tried to view your profile and my internet stops and tells me that I cannot view your page....

There is a problem with IE viewing some of our pages right now. We will be hot fixing it later today. In the meantime may I suggest Firefox. Its not only a great browser, but yet another opportunity to give a little back to Microsoft of what they have been giving us for years.

If you are having a problem and you are NOT using IE, please let me know via the helpdesk ASAP.

Hey Roxianna my profile page has been unaccesable for more then a week now and im at a work computer so i am unable to put firefox on here
i was wondering if there is anything you can do for me, its really hard to walk people through the process on how to use the web site if i cant use it x.x
i didnt know whether to reply to this post or message you, didnt wanna be a dusche and send you a mail but what am i to do?

I believe the problem is now fixed (it was due to an interaction between IE and a debugging tool we were using that's intended for Firefox only). The tool has been removed from the live pages and should not longer cause the random crashed in IE. Please post about it if you find that's not the case!

(Thank you Shadow, for loaning us your login which helped greatly in reproducing the problem!)

woot after being away for 2 weeks I am back this problem had me sidelined for a week and vacation for another week, but thanks to the support team for the fast fix!
