Go to your user control panel, under "Miscellaneous" on the bottom left menu, click on "Group Memberships" and under the heading "You May Choose To Be Identified as a Member of the Following Groups" you should see a choice for "famous Member" (You could also just click on the link in the quote from Rox)

If it isn't there you should send a support ticket because it must be an oversight.
