Multiple Servers
I can't seem to add multiple servers for World of Warcraft - the instructions say to add it several times as a new game for each server but it doesn't seem to work. Anyone know where I'm going wrong?

Multiple servers on same game
I know, I know. Me again. Sorry

It says you can add more than one server for one game but whenever I try to add my Horde server for WoW to my profile, it doesn't show up.

Hmm, I was curious to see if there were any old posts on this issue that already had an answer but no such luck. Glad to know it's not just me, though.

Are you doing this on your Scores and Profiles page? Cause that's where it let's you add all your chars at once. The "add game" on the main page will only let you enter one, so feature your main there and do the rest on the other page.

I am new and love the site so far.....I am having the same problem with the game profiles though...I searched the forums but have not found a post regarding a fix. I loaded a profile for my alliance server in WoW then tried to add my horde server and it came up with my alliance character.

First, I'd have to check, but I don't know how we support people with characters in multiple factions.

As for finding the answers to question in forums, that's not where the answers are. GuildCafe has a helpdesk (its the support link on the footer). There you can "Ask a Question" This action opens up a trouble ticket so that we can track your issues. We add a lot of new code every week and though we do some regression testing, sometimes we break stuff. So please scream bloody murder on the helpdesk. You may even end up with the Bug Hunter achievement. It's awarded to people who are the first to report serious trouble.
