Level/Class Problems

So I wanted to join my friend's World of Warcraft (WoW) guild. Naturally, I created a character for the game WoW first, then added my newly created character to the guild.

But then I noticed everyone else's character on the roster had their class/level set... and my class was blank and level was 0. I checked everywhere (Scores and Profiles included) but couldn't find out how to change my level or class for my character.

Any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated!

you seem to have a profile named "Khatie"
try editing it from the Score&Prof Page, should give options for lvl and class

I tried this, but level and class doesn't show up. You can see a picture of me clicking edit for the profile, and the "Score and Prof" edit page for Khatie profile here:

I finally ended up figuring it out, may as well post the solution in-case anyone else was having the similar problem.

You can't manually update your character's level and class. The level and class will update automatically when you press "Save" button on the bottom of the Score and Profs page if the "updating mechanic" is functioning/online I guess (that is, I guess when I was pressing the save button the last two days, the updating system wasn't functioning for whatever reason, but now it was finally working again all I had to do to update my character's class/level was to click save).
