Guild Forums - Anyway to lock a thread?

Hi all, just a quick question about managing guild forums. I would like to have a few informative announcements that can't be posted to... is there anyway to lock a thread?

We also have one Broken thread in our member's only section, new posts won't display that are put into it...

The best place to get help for these kind of problems is by asking a question in the helpdesk. You can reach the helpdesk via the support link at the bottom of all GuildCafe pages. There is also a special link for guild leaders on the main tab of their manage interface.

I endeavor to answer questions within 24hrs. Sometime questions do get missed so if you don't get an answer, update the ticket.

Please supply the URL of your broken thread when you post.

You cannot lock a thread. You can delete it.
You can not delete a forum, you can make it invisible to all except those with manage rights to it.
Yes, this is dumb and we should change it.
