Exclamation Unreal Tournament 3 !!
I'm surprised given the imminence of the demo release, that no ones mentioned UT3! I assumed someone would so thought id just drop by

Well the latest instalment in the BEST fraggin FPS game EVER is supposedly out Friday 12th October. Ie Tomorrow sometime. Now it could go bad but it shouldn't do eh..eh?



Unreal Tournament 3 looks great and promises a return to the old moves of GoTY style dodging and less wall stuff. I'm sure UT2k3 n UT2k4 players will balk at this but it does allow one to focus on the fraggin more than the trick pole dancing and gymnastics some do in public servers to annoy. The expectation is that the old UT community - still surprisingly strong, and the UT2004 community will combine for a while and see what happens. As long as some live maybe the numbers will grow again. I'll give it a go - though i feel for my graphics card already....numbered days chap.

Well Im gutted - seems there is a Windows Server 2003 issue that spills over intoa 64bit XP problem. And it wont run... lol . Epic are working on it - you can follow HERE

Anyone played yet?

Well I followed the debugger solution suggested part way through and it works but its a getaround - nothign permanent imo. Might mess with textures.
