MMORPG Guild Personality Test
That quiz is suited ONLY for World of WarCraft players. Most of the questions don't fit for any other MMO other than WoW.

I do remember feeling that a few of the questions had a certain wow-esque quality to them. Possibly because of concepts used. I vaguely recall that there was a question or two that smelled much like Camelot, too. I may just be imagining things, however.

But be that as it may, I don't think your accusation is remotely justified -- overall, I felt much effort was put into making it "universal" in quality and not specific to any game.

All of the game related questions have a WoW themed style(like using the word "raid" in such a way that only WoW players use it). Here is an example where clearly you can see which game has been used as a base for the quiz.

Question N13:
"How does your guild parcel out loot after a raid?"

Answers:
"Need before greed."
"We roll for it."
"There’s a point system, where you earn points by attendance, participation, and rank."
"One of the officers picks up everything and hands it out afterwards."

Whenever i read the game questions i feel like i'm reading a WoW addiction test.

Huh. All those options were used for loot distribution when I played DAoC also, so I didn't feel they were WoW-specific. The phrase "need before greed" predates WoW.

ETA: And hell, those options are used by Puzzle Pirates players to distribute Atlantis goodies sometimes. And in LotRO.

I don't know about WoW, but they certainly didn't feel well written or varied enough to fit each guild persona. After honestly answering the questions, the result was nothing like our guild at all. At least I got my badge.

I agree with Eury on this. I've never played WoW and all of those phrases are familiar to me from other games (some of which pre-date WoW).

For those of us who have been "raiding" in MMORPGs for as long as there have been dungeons made of pixels, I dispute that the quiz is WoW-centric. It is MMORPG based to be sure however.

It's not WoW specific as I have tried it... I haven't played WoW, yet the concepts the test used was applicable to myself as well
