I don't think I will serve anyone by beating around the bush and being all nice here. So here goes. Take it from one who knows:

All would be creators of guilds really need to ask themselves, "Why would I want to join my guild?" When you can articulate the answer to that to yourself, then tell the world. Until then, don't bother. Especially don't bother if you don't care enough about your personal image/brand to fix spelling and grammar in a promotional post.
