It appears to be (placeholder) text that shows up instead of your friends list, when you do not have flash enabled.

I dont have any friends or text there. Do you know how to enable flash or add my friends? Right now it is blank.

Installed Mozzilla
I installed Mozzilla and it now works great. I guess there are still issues with I.E. Windows Vista 64 bit and Flash. Hope they fix it. Having said that I love Mozzilla
