Lunar Silver Story's boat song. When I first got it my parents asked where that pretty music was comming from to which I stunned them it was from my "brain rotting" Game

Also Chrono Trigger, that music and story has stuck with me through the years. My favorite game of all time, enhanced by my favoirte music of all time.

My favorite is probably Chrono Cross, espcially the opening credits. I also loved most of the music from FFX.
