Gears of War for the X-Box; Yep, just the one song. "Mad World" You hear it during the TV Ad as well.

The Lord of the Rings games have good soundtracks, of course, and Battlefield Vietnam had a good one. I can't recall any other games that stand out with a good soundtrack; but I know there's some.

Castlevania anyone? They were all great for almost any systen that they were on. Super Castlevania IV comes to mind since i just re-downloaded it for the wii.

The music from any Zelda game.
And i have to agree on the Gears of War "Mad World" (its a cover by Gary Jules).

Unreal 2 - The intro music to this game was beyond great.

I am not sure if I would call it a favorite, but the the music that played while loading the original Everquest game is what I missed the most. Whenever I hear that Music, be it on YouTube or a friend's PC, it brings back the memories. I miss the Everquest of half a decade or so ago...
