Custom Application Questions and Recruiting not working
I have two problems. One of which is that when people type in the link to my site, the application questions don't show up. I'm not sure if there's a button I missed or something. Also when they do join the site (Bypassing the questions) they start automatically as members instead of applicants. I would be grateful if I could find out how to stop these two things from happening. Thank you.
