We are a community of mature gamers, who enjoy GTA series. We welcome any gamers who enjoy roleplaying within "real-life" situations. We encourage our citizens to obtain jobs, open a business, become a police officer, emt, firefighter or LBI (Liberty Bureau of Investigations) Agent. If applying for police, emt, firefighter or "agent" remember there will be a training academy you will need to go through to graduate and rank up from. Properties

Properties are able to be purchased when you are able to afford it. If you have a property to rent or sell. you may then have it listed on the site under real estate so any member can see if they wish to rent or purchase it. All you need to do is send your listing to either Cnydar or SouL and we will have it listed on the site as soon as possible.


Vehicles

When you can afford it, you can purchase a vehicle. You may only use "business vehicles" if the owner assigns one to you. ALL CITIZENS MUST REGISTER THEIR VEHICLES ON THE FORUMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Chief of Police

Reponsible for basic functions of the police department. Assign Officers to their respective patrol cars, assign to duties that are required to be done. All officers are assigned to a specific region to cut down on time dispatched to an emergency.

LCBI

The Director is in charge of all special agents. Agents are assigned to unmarked vehicles and are dispatched to any emergency that is more than the police can handle. The agents also take care of any drug dealers, crime lords. etc...

Field Training Officers

They are uniformed officers that handle the evaluation and training of new recruits that have graduated from academy. They also instruct at the Academy. The Police Chief is the one that supervises these officers.


Fire Chief

Over sees the Fire fighters and EMTs. The chief is the one that decides if an application for a firefighter or emt will be accepted or not. and then the new employee will then need to undergo training designated by the chief.


Police Commissioner

The Commissioner is the one that promotes/demotes the lower ranking police. They are the Chief's Supervisors.
The commissioner dictates the divisions that need to be assigned officers. also creates the rules, and policies of the police force.

City Council

There are 3 Council members, they are the ones who dictate the laws of Dominators. They can also place a warrant for a citizens arrest if they witness a crime or a ticket if there is a law broken. The council are the ones with the Mayor who decide will be able to become the new Police chief, Fire/EMT Chief, and LCBI Director. If you are interested in applying to the Council there are a total of 3 council members. Just contact the Mayor and He will schedule an interview with you. If you pass the interview you will be notified if you will hold a seat on the council.


Crimes

Anyone that has broken a law and is witnessed by a police officer or council member or mayor, will be subject to pay a fine, become arrested, or have their vehicle impounded. if they are fined and their vehicle is impounded they will need to pay the fees within a week, or they will have a warrant out for their arrest.


Rules

Criminal Rules

-Do not disconnect to avoid jail time
-Since we are RPing when something happens like tased or hit over head please do not start running, we ask you to just rp the situation out correctly.
-If wanted and you die, you will still be wanted.
-No stealing or raiding peoples property unless it is a gang war or you are a
criminal.
-Please report anything you witness that shouldn't be taking place
-No stealing any emergency vehicles.
-Try to withdraw from swearing in the mic please. We recognize that some members may have little children and they may be within hearing distance.

Civilian Rules
-Civilians must drive the vehicle they registered, if you are pulled over in a car you don’t own, you will be arrested.
-No killing sprees
-Do NOT steal law enforcement vehicles or weapons.
-No arguing with cops, if you have a problem with one please message the police chief or call him in game chat.
-Must wait 10 minutes after a police pursuit before having another one.
-No fighting AI’s.
