Welcome to the Fighting forum
It was pointed out that something was missing in the game forums! Fighting! How could we be so forgetful? Even if you aren't a fan of fighting games, who didn't grow up playing Street Fighter or Mortal Kombat? Or maybe you are a Boxing fiend? Or Wrestling aficionado? Or perhaps you are a Tekken master?

The best fighting game I ever remember playing was Bushido Blade for the PS... I don't know why but my room mate in college and I were addicted... we would play the perpetual mode for hours...

Agreed, I grew up on the 2D arcades kicking any challenger back to the kids room. But I see less and less of these type of games anymore. The last few a played didn't even try to improve from the arcade they looked like someone made they in less than a week.

I grew up playing a lot of Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat. I only played on the consoles though, only recently have I started playing in what little arcades I can find.

I enjoy a good fighting game now and again. I just think it's kind of funny that the only really successful ones (or at least the ones on this forum so far) are pretty much games that have been around since I used to actually play games at the arcade (about 13 years ago)! Not that that's a bad thing. It's quite nostalgic.
