Wargaming: or, Your Counters are in my Hex!

So, anybody here do any old fashioned hex-board wargaming?

I'm an avid Squad Leader player (both old and advanced) and also enjoy many of the other Avalon Hill titles - Third Reich, Russian Campaign, Panzer Blitz - and others.

Anybody else have strained eyes from trying to read the microscopic numbers on cardboard counters?

Old Battletech player here. That is, the kind that couldn't afford all the cool pewter figures growing up, and wound up playing with those tiny cardboard chits for Mechs, Aerospace Fighters and Infantry.
