How do I get characters back to the roster?

Previous problem was characters being associated with the wrong member. Those were deleted from the member, but now they are not listed as members that need to be claimed either.

How does one get them back, or how does one cause a rescan of the guild roster to update the list?

Hi burning.phoenix, The "claimed" accounts were placeholders from when we scanned the guild accounts six months ago. If you need to add a member to your GuildCafe roster, the member has to first add their character into their GamerDNA through the GamerDNA panel. Once they do that, you can put them into your guild and their individual characters will update automatically.
